Our team is headed by an accomplished subject matter expert with well over 14 years' experience working in the care sector. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—regardless of their circumstances, challenges, or individual needs. Access to high-quality care should never be a privilege reserved for a few, nor should families have to face excessive costs to secure the support their loved ones deserve.
For too long, the traditional care model has been imbalanced. Service users are often charged high fees, while the dedicated carers delivering exceptional care receive only a small fraction of what is paid. We believe there is a better way.
Our mission is to challenge the status quo by creating a modern, transparent, and affordable digital care platform that puts people first. By operating with lower commissions, we help service users access quality care at a fair price while ensuring carers retain the majority of the fees they earn. We believe that those providing the care should be properly rewarded for their skill, commitment, and compassion.

Margaret Christopher. CEO
Margaret is a polymath who rose through the ranks as a carer and has over fourteen years' experience in care, both formally and informally. Having worked closely with management in several capacities in care across the North East region, she decided to create a platform that is affordable, easy to use and connects carers with families who need their services as a modern ethical alternative to traditional agencies. She holds a level 5 diploma in health and social care and a certificate of entrepreneurial management (CEM). She is an AI quality and cultural intelligence specialist. With her legal background, she also operates as a jurist and legal executive. She holds two master's degrees in public and international affairs and law conversion, respectively. She is also an author and is very passionate about delivering exceptional care. She enjoys reading, travelling and meeting new people.
Chris Sheriff. CFO
Numbers are the foundation of every successful build. As a chief finance officer with massive experience in the construction industry, Chris bridges the gap between ambitious operational goals and sound fiscal management. His defining career milestone includes directing the fiscal strategy that grew a regional construction company to £500,000 revenue within two years. His core competencies are corporate finance and forecasting, cash flow management and credit control, risk mitigation and financial team leadership. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an MSc in construction project management with BIM, respectively. His hobbies are teaching and exploring new places.
